Initial Contact

You reach out by phone, email, or the form on our Reach Us page. We ask for your address, what you need (trimming, removal, stump work), and any specific concerns. From there we schedule a time to visit the property and look at the trees. There is no charge for this visit within our normal service area.

Site Visit and Estimate

At the site we assess the tree or trees in question. We discuss what you want to achieve—for example, more light, less risk, or clearing a space—and what we recommend. We explain the work we would do and provide a written estimate. You are not obligated to hire us; you can compare options and decide when you are ready.

Scheduling the Job

If you accept the estimate, we agree on a date (or window of dates) for the work. Timing depends on the season and our schedule; we give you a realistic expectation when you book. We do not overbook; when we commit to a day, we show up. If weather or an emergency forces a change, we contact you as soon as we know.

Day of Service

We arrive with the equipment needed for the job. We review the plan with you if you are on site, then proceed. We work to avoid damage to lawns, plantings, and structures. When the work is done we remove branches and wood and leave the area tidy, unless you have asked to keep firewood or chips. If anything is not as we agreed, we address it before we leave.

Payment and Follow-Up

Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cash and checks; we can discuss other options when we schedule. If you have questions after we leave—for example about caring for remaining trees or filling a stump area—you can call or email. We are happy to clarify.
