Tree Trimming and Pruning
We trim and prune trees to improve shape, remove dead or damaged branches, and reduce interference with roofs, power lines, or sight lines. Work is done with hand saws and chainsaws; we can discuss how much to remove and what to leave for the tree’s health and appearance. Regular pruning can help prevent storm damage and extend the life of the tree.
Stump Removal
After a tree is removed, the remaining stump can be ground down below grade so you can replant or use the area for something else. We offer stump grinding as a separate service or as part of a removal job. For details on how we handle stumps and what to expect, see our stump removal page.
Tree Removal
When a tree is dead, hazardous, or no longer wanted, we can remove it and haul away the wood and debris. We assess each situation to determine the safest way to take the tree down—whether by felling it in one piece or by taking it down in sections with rigging. We leave the site cleared of branches and wood unless you ask to keep firewood or chips.
Storm Damage and Emergency Work
Storms can break limbs or topple trees. We respond to storm-related calls when we can, prioritizing situations that pose an immediate risk. Contact us with a short description of the damage and your address; we will advise on timing and what we can do. For more on our process, see Our Approach.
